A single purchase grants you lifetime access to the Shalita Sample Kit, including all future updates. Your license is linked to your account, is non-transferable, and may not be shared, resold, or sublicensed. Sharing your account or license key with others may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
All melodies and samples included in the Shalita Sample Kit are provided as fully royalty-free content. Once purchased, you retain 100% of your earnings from any music created using these samples — no royalty sharing is required.

Zero Tolerance Policy: Any individual found cracking, pirating, reverse-engineering, or enabling unauthorized access to any Shalita product will face immediate legal action without prior notice.
