Shalita is a digital audio product platform providing professional-quality sample packs designed for music producers, artists, and creators. Please read these policies carefully before using the platform or making any purchase.
All samples provided by Shalita are royalty-free for use in commercial and non-commercial music projects. You are permitted to use the samples in songs, beats, films, games, and client projects without paying any additional fees.
The following actions are strictly prohibited:
A single purchase grants you lifetime access to the Shalita Sample Kit, including all future updates. Your license is linked to your account, is non-transferable, and may not be shared, resold, or sublicensed. Sharing your account or license key with others may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
Any user who creates a beat, track, or musical composition using melodies from the Shalita Sample Kit agrees to a 20% royalty share per track with Tairas (official artist name on Spotify and digital distribution platforms). This applies to all commercial releases including streaming, beat sales, client work, sync licensing, and publishing income.
For royalty distribution, Tairas must be credited and added as a 20% rights holder per track during music distribution, publishing registration, or split-sheet submission, wherever applicable.
Users who do not wish to share royalties must obtain a Melody Buyout License by contacting Shalita directly before any commercial release.
Any unauthorized use, resale, redistribution, or illegal exploitation of the melodies — whether modified or unmodified — may result in legal action under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
All Shalita products — including the Shalita Sample Kit and the Shalita Music Business Course — are fully protected under Indian and international intellectual property law. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or exploitation of any Shalita product is a criminal and civil offence.
Zero Tolerance Policy: Any individual found cracking, pirating, reverse-engineering, or enabling unauthorized access to any Shalita product will face immediate legal action without prior notice.

Shalita actively monitors for unauthorized distribution across all major platforms. Offenders will be reported to the relevant authorities and may be subject to civil damages, criminal prosecution, and permanent platform bans. We reserve the right to pursue all available legal remedies without limitation.
If you become aware of any piracy or unauthorized distribution of Shalita products, please report it immediately to support@shalitamusic.com.
All purchases are final. Due to the digital nature of the product, refunds are not provided once the sample pack has been downloaded or accessed.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Any activity performed using your account will be considered your responsibility.
